Chances are that if you’re camping you will need a stove to cook your food. While you can cook almost anything over the fire, a camping stove is more convenient. It is also not as hot as a fire which is nice if you are camping in the middle of summer when temperatures are at a high.

This means that we pre-make our food and then wrap it in foil and use a campfire sandwich cooker to warm it up. However, our camping trips have been really hot and the last thing we want to do is sit by a fire warming up our food. On our last camping trip, my dad brought a portable grill and it worked wonders to warm up our tinfoil packets of food.
